GOMARDULI
YOGA FESTIVAL

OCTOBER 10 - 24, 2021

2 weeks of yoga
and related practices
That make us alive
It is an opportunity to study and improve the geometry of your body, to learn a lot of new things and have a great time in the company of people close to you in the privacy of mountain retreat. We will learn to control our breathing by comfortably integrating our breaths and exhalations with yoga asanas and meditate in the open air.

“When you listen to yourself, everything comes naturally. It comes from inside, like a kind of will to do something. Try to be sensitive. That is yoga.― Petri Räisänen

Who
The Gomarduli Yoga Festival team is united by a common vision, yet each of us is unique in our own way. We make this festival because we are in self-development and we are glad to gather the same wonderful community, united by the idea of a versatile opening of human potential.
  • Sergey
I've been doing yoga since 2016.

For the last few years I've been working on different projects: a business selling musical equipment, a non-profit art project in Kyoto supported by the Japanese government. And all this was extremely interesting, but too far from my mission.

Thanks to the support of a higher power, earlier this year I was determined: I had to spread knowledge. In the spring I got to Georgia, and today I am happy because life gave me the opportunity to create this festival.

Two weeks of yoga, self-development, communicating with teachers and like-minded people. In the mountains!

    What could be better!?
  • Sasha
At first yoga came into my life as a personal practice.

In the mat sessions I discovered a temporary pleasure and peace. After a while I began to notice that this feeling could be extended to life outside the mat, and this is where the real yoga began.

After experiencing practicing and teaching in various settings, I can definitely say that nothing is as supportive and uplifting as a collective energy. Self-development in the company of friends is an excellent opportunity to overcome my doubts and achieve new and encouraging results.

Now I feel at ease and am excited about meeting like-minded people at the upcoming festival.

Teachers
We love our international teachers team

"The path to self is different for everyone. And it has to be found! There is nothing more important than hearing your individuality. I have been exploring the connection of body, breath, thought and emotion for over 10 years and will help you in your exploration as well.
My goal is to help students learn how to feel their bodies more finely and expand their understanding of how to interact with them."

"As a teacher with classical education I see the prospect not to teach as many exercises, techniques or styles as possible, but to make the student fall in love with life, with health, with doing yoga. Everything else will happen on its own, without effort."
  • Anna Andronovich

Professional, demanding of herself and others, attentive and sensitive yoga teacher, master of the singing bowls.
Education: International Yoga Federation IYF, international school of singing bowls Sound Yoga, yoga teacher of hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, experience of 7 years.

"My main trait is the ability to achieve goals through kindness, gentleness, femininity with love in my heart.
The meaning I put in any of my projects is Love! Let me be your guide to the world of yoga, feeling the limitless possibilities of the body.
I do everything I can to make you fall in love with Yoga and apply it to your life!"
  • Regina Rainskaya

Specialist in the history of philosophy, yoga instructor, artist, traveler, writer.
She has been practicing hatha yoga since 2003 and meditative practices since 1998.

She has studied hatha yoga with Shapoval Y.N. and also has taken up the teachings from Indian masters in Varanasi and Rishikesh.
She practices Vipassana meditation of S. N. Goenka school.

Her personal style is characterized by constant alternation of tension and relaxation, by complex complexes and deep concentration on breathing.
Particular importance is given to a certain mood before practice and meditation.

"The practice of yoga for me is a mysticism, a sacred dance, a prayer to God through the body, a dissolution in the Present. That's why in yoga I want to be closer to Nature."
  • Vanessa Isbert

She has studied yoga from an early age and practices hatha, vinyasa and shivananda. In addition to teaching yoga, she conducts tea ceremonies and teaches contact improvisation.

She was educated in the Govardhan eco-village in India.

"Through my own practice of movement, I discovered the healing power of the elements. As I become aware of my oneness with my surroundings, I feel connected to the elements within and around us. Yoga is a way of finding and connecting with my true self.

  • Pavel Konorovsky

Higher education: Faculty of Natural Sciences (chemistry), was engaged in scientific work, studying the system of DNA repair in a living cell.
After several years of personal yoga practice, he graduated from the teacher courses of the club oum.ru (2013).
Graduated from Yogacharya Saji's teaching courses in the summer of 2018.

"For more than 6 years I have been active in teaching. I see that those who have been to an event with me once, usually tend to go to lectures and courses again and again. In my lectures I show how similar laws and principles define the work of society and the work of a living organism. I learn to see the principles of interaction rather than a formal shell. People say that during and after my events they discover new bright sides, new possibilities and make new steps in personal self-development."
