DAO SPACE BOOKING OFFER AGREEMENT

This document constitutes a legally binding offer agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) between the retreat center Dao Space, located in Gomarduli, Georgia, and the client (hereinafter, the “Guest” or “Organizer”) intending to book dates and services at the retreat venue.
By confirming a booking with Dao Space, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment Terms
To confirm your reservation at Dao Space, the following non-refundable payment structure applies:

• 25% deposit is due at the time of booking confirmation to secure your selected dates.
• 25% second installment is due no later than 30 calendar days prior to the event start date.
• 50% final installment is due upon arrival at Dao Space, prior to check-in.

All payments must be made via bank transfer or other methods as mutually agreed upon in writing.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation by the Guest for personal, professional, or logistical reasons.
In case of event postponement due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemic-related restrictions), Dao Space may, at its sole discretion, offer the Guest the possibility to transfer the booking to another available date within the same calendar year.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with the first payment, the Guest agrees to all terms and conditions listed in this Agreement and commits to honoring the above payment schedule and cancellation terms.

Dao Space reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The version effective at the time of booking will govern the Agreement.
