Rise and shine with our Morning Yoga! Energize your body and calm your mind amidst serene surroundings. Join us for a rejuvenating morning yoga practice to kick-start your day with positivity and peace. All levels welcome!
Come and explore the embodied art sport dance form. We will learn how to find the ground within our body, how to get in touch with others and how to flow together. Expect the playful game with the deep meaning inside.
Learn how to get in touch with all the senses - sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch, proprioception and the sense of time. The aesthetics of the process have evolved over 2,000 years, accompanying people on their way to clarity and health.
Touch is first and foremost an act of witnessing - the deepest evidence and proof we exist. During bodywork, we help each other to build neural connections to our bodies, which in turn leads us to a sense of wholeness, presence, and trust.
Activities
Hikes
Enjoy the spectacular views, rhododendron blossom and the freshness of the early summer mountain nature. We invite you for a meadow hike ending up with the meditation in the forest freshness. Cows with bells on their necks will walk around, and the smell of flowers will make the air rich and sweet
Dining with the view
In Gomarduli we like to eat with the view.
Expect hip breakfasts with homemade granola and smoothies, rustic Adjarian food, citrus pasta, home baked bread, and of course barbecue - with the fresh lamb, local salmon and the finest selection of Georgian wines and cheeses that you won't find in the markets.
Bonfire
This is what we really love here and have plenty of options for it - from the fireplaces in every cottage and the bonfire area in the yard - to burning a giant Scarecrow and dancing around it!
Let's burn the symbols of our past and let the fire bring our hopes and wishes to the sky!
Sauna
There's a sauna and a hot tube, that fits for 6-8 people in the same time. We will split in a groups and go one group after another during our days in Gomarduli.
We also have a tradition to sing in a sauna to make our bodies ring and resonate, vibrating together
Fun
Live Concert
We can invite Georgian singers, Jazz band, soulful improvisational trio playing on harp by the fire - or the duo of singers with their own choice - there are plenty of the options to have a good evening
Party with a DJ
Parties in Gomarduli are the best!
Would you prefer disco, or house, or techno or D'n'B? Let us know and we'll organise a good flow for you.
Cooking together
One of the best things to do in the nature - cooking together. We can arrange a workshop for people to learn something new - or just arrange a big table on terrace, set the mixed playlist and make Varenik with the Ukrainian track and Khinkali with Georgian.
Shamanic Craft
We love making beeswax candles - they give light ton our rooms and it's such a pleasure to roll them with hands. You can put any kind of voodoo in that process or just have it as a background to a slow talk.
Children
We'll take care of them!
Most likely we will invite Denis Gonobolin - our magician, that creates magic things, used to work as puppet master for the famous Gabriadze Theatre and always develops lots of fun from nothing!
